Emily has done many things in her life in the last 30 years. Each year has brought a special experience that has helped her to grow into the Beautiful, Lovely Bride and Mommy that I Love!! Even more than You all. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights in her last 30 years. (written in 1st person for artistic effect)
Age 1 – My 1st encounter with poop, 20 years later I will become very comfortable with the P-O-O-P

Age 2 – Hey Legs, let’s go explore the world
Age 3 – Wow so many tasty things to eat, I will store all you extra calories in my cheeks

Age 4 – Time to test my limits, Daddy, I want a Pony for Christmas
Age 5 – Hey Mr. Barber, please leave it long in the back and keep my front shorter and out of my eyes, I heard this is in right now

Age 6 – Hello Kindergarten, my name is Emily, nice to meet you

Age 7 – OK Tap Dance when do we get to the Hip Hop session

Age 8 – Hey Grandpa, is it time to sit on the porch and listen to the Royals game
Age 9 –You mean I have to do this work at home, I’m not so much in love with school anymore
Age 10 – Hello Little sister, call me when you grow up
Age 11 – So you’re telling me that Santa Claus is not real, “You’re Crazy”(in my best Nacho voice)
Age 12 – Softball, I’m not quite so sure about you. Uh, Yep, Balls flying at my head, Not for me!

Age 13 – Hello Mr. Track, just you, me and the dust my competition is choking on
Age 14 – 8th Grade you were very awkward
Age 15 – Hello Boys, my name is Emily, I’m a cheerleader.

Age 16 – Welcome Driver’s License, See you later Dad!

Age 17 – It’s about that age to practice my “cool” face and pierce my ears 10 times

Age 18 – KU, you can’t hold me down, Haven’t you heard I’m a “Free Spirit”
Age 19 – Hello Old friends, Jami, Hannah, Jesus! Yes I will come to Emporia with you all.
Age 20 – San Diego, I Love You and you will always have a special place in my heart.
Age 21 – The “man of my dreams” drops to his knee on the sandy beach in Monterey, California…and gives me his homemade silver ring that fits perfectly on my ring finger. It doesn’t get any more romantic then this.

Age 21 ½ - dum dum de dum I, EMC, take you, Mr A. to have and to hold and cherish forever

Age 22 – Hey Little One, your name shall be Caedmon and you shall be the stubborn firstborn

Age 23 – Goodbye apartment, it’s time to move to a townhome on the other side of the tracks
Age 24 – Hello Sweet Princess Hadley, you will be called Bean

Age 25 – I feel like I have been pregnant for years, wait, I have been and continue to be!
Age 26 – I can’t believe you stole my birthday month Milo, you 7-pound preemie

Age 27 –What? We get our first house for Christmas. Let me go clean it during rest time.
Age 28 – Kohen, you are number 4, so you will have to take a number instead of screaming all the time

Age 29 – Hello Elsa, I am your mommy and I Love You! Let me take a look at that hair of yours.

Age 30 – Oh! Hello Baby, You are such a wonderful surprise Christmas Gift, I think I’ll stop counting the years now
Well, quite a ride you have had lovely lady. 30 years and 6 kids later, it has been an amazing journey. And in many ways it has just begun.
